As the death toll rose to 31 people on Monday afternoon following two mass shootings over the weekend in El Paso, TX and Dayton, OH, we spoke with Police Chief George Kral about TPD plans in response to an Active Shooter in our area. Our downtown DORA and the Adams Street ORA are both very similar to The Oregon District in Dayton. We also have numerous festivals, outdoor concerts, and public events this summer that may now require additional security concerns.
