Fred speaks with Dr Marvin Whitfield CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Ohio and Thaddaeus Washington a former "little", now a "big brother" who has written song about his experience. Thaddaeus is a local musician whose music can be accessed on online streams including Apple. His latest song is a tribute to Big Brothers Big Sisters honoring his time as a "little brother" when he was age 13 until today when he now volunteers as a "big brother" mentoring other young men.
