Ohio Covid Restrictions Unconstitutional? - Tuesday Sixty Minute Poll

A Federal judge has ruled the the restrictive coronavirus laws in Pennsylvania are unconstitutional and people in Ohio believe they now have a chance for the same type of ruling. U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV decided that that stay at home orders, limits on gatherings and closure of "non life-sustaining" businesses violated Pennsylvanians' Constitutional rights. Many of the orders originally put in place by Gov. Tom Wolf have already been lifted but were in place when the suit was filed in April. The judge admitted that although the restrictions were well intentioned and with the best interests of citizens in mind "the Constitution cannot accept the concept of a 'new normal' where the basic liberties of the people can be subordinated to open-ended emergency mitigation measures, rather, the Constitution sets certain lines that may not be crossed, even in an emergency."

Do you believe the State of Ohio restrictions are unconstitutional also and should be stopped? TUESDAY 60 MINUTE POLL
