Karl Borko who teaches precision machining at Start HS of TPS stopped in to talk with Fred about projects his class and others are working on this month. Satuday the students are working with Sleep In Heavenly Peace to do a bed build for children in the area who have no place to sleep. There are more than 800 currently on the waiting list.
Some Start students are also working together to create a land rover for the Mars project that NASA is planning. Karl brought in the chassis and a prototype wheel created by a student using 3-d printing technology. TPS Proud!!!
