Toledo City Council is once again set to tackle downtown parking. This time council is considering getting rid of the free parking currently offered between the hours of 11a and 2p. Many local businessmen want to keep the lunch hour offer of free parking saying it attracts customers. Some shop owners claim the free three hours only attracts those coming down for court business and doesn't add to their bottom line. Pete Gerken, county commissioner, claims getting rid of the free hours would hurt those already underserved who have business with the city, county, or court system. What do you think, should the city get rid of the free parking between 11a-2P or is there another solution? FRIDAY 60 MINUTE POLL
