Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz told a crowd gathered at Waite High School that the city of Toledo is in better shape than in a long time. The mayor touted numerous successes the city has had in recent years but didn't gloss over some of Toledo's problems. Kapszukiewicz said he took personal responsibility for the failures saying he didn't do a good enough job of getting the leaves picked up this year and promising to do better.
