Ternion Training and Education Center's Stephanie Boutte spoke with Fred for Freducation Week about the opportunities offered at the school. Local businesses are partnering with Ternion so that students have externships while still attending and can move into their new careers immediately. There is no cost to students because the programs are federally funded, but you must have a GED or HS diploma.
