A lawsuit brought by the man pictured on the 'Nevermind' album has been dismissed. Spencer Elden was four months old when his naked image appeared on the cover of the Nirvana album and he has recently tried suing for child pornography crimes and sexual exploitation. This despite the fact that Elden has used the picture to attract women, sold autographed copies online, has it tattooed on his chest, and recreated it for money.
