As drawn the new 9th Congressional District would include Ottawa, Erie, Sandusky, Seneca, Huron and other counties which are for the most part rural and conservative. Congressperson Marcy Kaptur would have to either approach those voters with her strong labor stance and liberal agenda or learn to compromise and lean a little further toward the middle.
Will Kaptur try being bi-partisan or will she step down. Vote now
