Tuesday is primary election day in Toledo with candidates for at-large council seats and a mayoral race on the ballot. The mayoral candidates include current Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz, former Mayor Carty Finkbeiner, Jan Scotland, and write in candidate Sharmayne Ivey. The top two vote getters will move on to the ballot in November. Turn out at the early vote center has been dismal. Can Finkbeiner make it to a face off with Wade?
