Toledo will bring back its' fireworks show Friday July 2 on the riverfront with music, food trucks, and an expected large crowd after not having fireworks in 2020. Other cities around the are will follow suit with their own displays throughout the weekend. Here's a list of some of those shows and times. All shows are dependent on the weather. The map shows the streets in downtown Toledo that will be affected by closures according to Toledo Police.
Friday July 2 - Toledo: 10pm Food trucks at 5 in Promenade Park and Glass City Metropark
Defiance: Dusk over the Auglaize River in Kingsbury Park, carnival rides and food
Wauseon: 10p in Biddle Park Food vendors from 5-10p
Whitehouse: 10p Blue Creek Metropark
Saturday July 3- Bowling Green: 9:45p Wood County Fairgrounds
Findlay: 10p at Hancock County Fairgrounds Fair food, entertainment, and carnival rides
Fremont: Dusk at Terra State Community College
Maumee-Perrysburg: 9p Fort Meigs Memorial Bridge Food trucks on E Wayne St 5-9p
Oak Harbor: Dusk at Mill Street Riverfront Food and music
Swanton: Dusk at Swanton High School Music and food at 6p
Sylvania: 10p Centennial Terrace
Woodville: 10p at Trail Marker Park
Sunday July 4- Delphos, Lakeside, Put-In-Bay, Tiffin, Sandusky, and Van Wert will hold fireworks displays
4th of July Fireworks Road Closures:
Friday evening, (7/2) at 9:00PM, the MLK Bridge and Summit St. between Cherry St. and Washington St. will be closed to vehicular traffic.
Front St. will be closed to vehicular traffic from Craig Street Bridge to the MLK bridge at 9:45PM.
