This past February the Toledo music scene lost a huge supporter, Bernie Rachuba, who was a recognizable figure at events like Acoustics 4 Autism and local clubs. Bernie loved music, especially local musicians, and was always there to encourage and cajole them when necessary. After his passing his friends decided the best way to honor his life was with a huge day filled with local bands........Bernphest 2021 was born.
