Officially Toledo got 14.5 inches of snow during this latest Winter storm which puts it at number three on the list of top ten even beating the '78 blizzard. The city used private snow removal services in some cases and plows were busy on streets and parking lots most of the day. Expressways and main thoroughfares were for the most part clear but what about your neighborhood?
