Does decriminalizing drugs work? The State of Oregon is trying it.

Oregon voters overwhelmingly passed a new law that decriminalizes most user amount possession of drug charges. Now those arrested will either pay a $100 fine or enter rehab and treatment facilities. The cost will be covered by the over $133 million brought in by marijuana taxes. Fred spoke with Matt Bell CEO of Midwest Detox Center in Toledo. Matt is a former drug user who has been jailed for his drug abuse, and nearly died at one point. His insight is important to this conversation.
