Katie Moline currently holds an at-large seat on Toledo City Council and she'd like to keep it. She is running to finish out the term of Sandy Spang who left council for another city position. Moline is running as a Democrat and has the endorsement of numerous unions. She is currently the Vice-Chair of the Zoning and Planning Committee and Vice-Chair of the Budget Oversight Committee of City Council. She also serves on the committees of: Finance and Debt Oversight, Regional Growth, Development, and Small Business Enterprise; and Water Quality and Sustainability. Prior to her work on Toledo City Council, Katie served as Chair of EPIC Toledo, the largest young professional organization in the region with over 2,000 members and concurrently served on the Board of Directors of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce. Katie served as Treasurer and Board member for Family House, a homeless shelter in Toledo dedicated to keeping families together.
