Daily Update On COVID 19- DeWine promises Open Ohio plan release for Monday

At his daily COVID 19 press conference Governor Mike DeWine released new numbers for those affected by the coronavirus in Ohio, and promised details Monday on his plan to reopen the state for business. Six hundred fifty-six Ohioans have died of coronavirus, including 38 probable cases, according to the Ohio Department of Health on Thursday, 14,694 Ohioans have been infected, including 552 probable infections.Wednesday totals were 610 people dead and 14,117 who have been infected.

The governor originally had planned to release details today, indicated officials now need the weekend to look at details and ensure that the state minimizes any risk of a reemergence of the virus. According to DeWine, “We’re trying to get things right and trying to see exactly where we are with testing."
