Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz has come under fire from a national magazine for his Issue One tax proposal which appears on the ballot for the March 17 primary. Forbes contributor Patrick Gleason accuses the mayor of using the low turnout primary as a ploy to get the issue passed. Gleason uses the attached article to point out some of the fallacies Kapszukiewicz and supporters have used to sell the issue to voters. Gleason also calls for a movement to have all tax issues placed on a general election ballot.
