Richard D. Knight, a former lieutenant in the Toledo Fire Department, will be in court today to be arraigned on a count of rape, four counts of gross sexual imposition, and ten counts of pandering obscenities involving a minor. The charges follow an investigation which began after the National Institute for Missing and Exploited Children received information that Mr. Knight had received child pornography images.More than 1,000 images were found on his computer according to Patti Wardrop and assistant Lucas County prosecutor.
