TOLEDO, Ohio - A Lucas County Sheriff's Deputy has resigned after being charged in a hit and run accident.
WTOL 11 reports Deputy Rafael Sepeda has resigned after being charged with felonious assault. Sepeda is accused of hitting and injuring a pedestrian with his car Wednesday then leaving the scene. The accident happened at Broadway and Logan.
Sepeda has been released on bond and will be back in court on January 25.
