City Council Approves New Fire Truck Spending

(Toledo, OH)  Toledo firefighters will soon be answering calls on new trucks.

City Council approved spending more than two-million-dollars yesterday on two engines and a ladder truck.

Fire department officials say the new rigs will allow them to retire three 35-year-old backup units and keep all stations open when trucks need repairs.
