(Perrysburg, OH) Perrysburg Mayor Launches Police Department Probe.
An investigation is underway into the Perrysburg Police Department.
Mayor Tom Mackin asked the Lucas County Sheriff's Office yesterday to look into the department's response and communication during a police shootout in Perrysburg Township in August.
The probe follows a city councilman's claims that the police chief improperly held city officers out of the incident.
