21-22 September – (Archbold, OH) Apple Week at Sauder Village - Time: Tues. - Fri. 10:00 am – 3:30 pm,  Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. What better way to welcome in the fall season than with a week dedicated to apples! Sauder Village will be highlighting this favorite fall fruit throughout the week with special apple-themed recipes in our historic homes and hands-on apple activities for all ages to enjoy. Visitors will be able to visit our 150 year-old cider mill and on Saturday watch apple butter making! Watch us schnitz and stir our way through a batch of delicious apple butter, sneak a sample fresh from the kettle, and make this harvesting tradition one of your family’s own!

22 September – (Toledo, OH) Burgers and Baseball - The event at Weiler Homes on Fasset Street will take place from noon to 2pm and feature T-Ball demonstrations, fingerprinting, face painting and other activities. The event comes after three years of collaboration between the city council, TPS and Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority to gain traction for the league that begins in Spring 2019.

22 September – (NW Ohio) Clean Your Streams - For over 20 years, volunteers have gathered together on one day across the greater Toledo region to remove trash from the streams, rivers, and Lake Erie during Clean Your Streams Day.  Partners for Clean Streams, with help from many partnering organizations, is excited to announce the 22ndAnnual Clean Your Streams Day on Saturday, September 22nd.  Registration for this program is currently open and can be done here: http://partnersforcleanstreams.org/cys22/register. 

22 September – (Waterville, OH) 45th Annual Roche de Boeuf Festival - Parade at 10am. Car Show, crafts, food, rue des artistes, live entertainment, kids area, and much more! FREE Shuttle Service, pick-up locations Conrad Park next to the Waterville Library (800 Michigan Ave)  and Waterville Landings (J&R Contracting) 1300 Michigan Ave.

22 September – (Toledo, OH) Downtown Bridge Walk - Join Metroparks for a Downtown Bridge Walk. On this 3.5 mile loop, enjoy scenic skyline and riverfront views. This moderately paced walk will include over 130 steps and some walking on uneven terrain. Please bring a water bottle and wear sunscreen and a hat. Due to nearby traffic and large number of stairs, no dogs or strollers are permitted. This is a free program.

22 September – (Toledo, OH) Fall Festival - Please join us for our 2nd annual Fall Festival hosted by the Traumatic Brain Injury Resource Center on September 22, 2018 from 10am-3pm. This is a FREE, family-friendly fundraiser to support continued development for pediatric programming. Special features are the MEGA brain with guest appearances by Eli and his balloon sculptures, Spiderman and Poppy from Laurel's Princess Parties. The festival will have games and activity booths for children and adults to enjoy. FREE bike helmets will be offered to children between the ages of 4-16 with access to an educational app to teach them how to recognize when a head bump could be a concussion. Our fleece store will be open and educational resources will also be available.

22 September – (Toledo, OH) Yoga at Toledo Museum of Art - Monroga returns to the Great Gallery for a one-hour yoga class. There will be a maximum of 50 participants for this unique event.

22 September – (Toledo, OH) Paranormal Toledo - Paranormal Toledo is BACK for a 3rd consecutive year! This year, we have a lot in store for con-goers! General Admission gives buyers access to the convention from 1:00p-9:00p. VIP includes convention, dinner, and an investigation of the Collingwood Arts Center from 10:00p-2:00a. Presale general admission tickets are $7 for single tickets, or 4 for $20. At the door, tickets will be $10 for adults, $7 for kids under 10 and $7 for military/public service personnel. Limited VIP tickets are $50 each.

23 September – (Sylvania, OH) Ozzy’s Pet Palooza - SylvaniaVET will host a special benefit event Sunday. Ozzy’s Pet Palooza runs from 1 to 4 p.m. at the veterinary clinic on N. Holland-Sylvania Rd. Area pet rescues and local vendors will be on site, along with live music and food. The event will feature family friendly activities to include pony rides, a bounce house, and face painting. Leashed dogs are welcome. The event is in memory of a client of SylvaniaVET that died recently. Proceeds will benefit the clinic’s Memories Live On Animal Foundation.
