TOLEDO, Ohio - The Lucas County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in locating a robbery suspect who was mistakenly released from jail.
Don Ellis was being housed at the Lucas County Corrections Center when he obtained a release using another inmate's name. Ellis was arrested earlier this week for the robbery of a Fifth Third Bank branch.
Police say Ellis should be considered dangerous and anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the Lucas County Sheriff's Office at 419-243-5111.
