(Napoleon, OH) Toledo's not the only town with an outdoor refreshment area anymore.
Napoleon city officials this week celebrated the state's 12th outdoor refreshment area with a toast this week, hoping to draw more visitors to its downtown bars and restaurants.
New Napoleon city administrator Joel Mazur brought the idea with him from Toledo, where he worked in city government. The Henry County community also hopes to spur more downtown development, especially along the river.
The Napoleon outdoor refreshment area, or NORA for short, is one step toward doing that. Six establishments are taking part in the effort, with more expected to sign on over the remainder of the summer.
