(Toledo, OH) A Toledo teenager will be tried as an adult for the murder of a pizza delivery driver.
A Lucas County juvenile court judge sent the case of 16-year-old Marchello Jackson to adult court Monday. The teen is charged with aggravated robbery and murder in connection with the death of 28-year-old Sadari Knighten, who was on her last pizza delivery of the night when she was gunned down.
Detectives say the teen made off with just 75 cents in the hold-up and shooting of the single mom.
Outside the courtroom, Knighten's mother says she forgives the teen and hopes he turns his life around.
