(Toledo, OH) Another downtown building is about to get a facelift.
This time, renovations are planned next-door to the Knight Insurance Group building at the corner of Washington and Erie Streets.
The Warehouse District owner plans to renovate and expand the building to add more business tenants and residential space on the third floor of that corner building complex. But the Toledo Plan Commission must first approve a zoning change from limited industrial to downtown commercial.
The project also must get the blessing of the Toledo Warehouse District Architectural Review Committee before work can proceed about a block from Fifth Third Field.
