Suspect Wanted For BG Rape Caught In Texas

TOLEDO, Ohio - One of the men charged in a kidnapping and rape in Bowling Green has been arrested in Texas. 

WTOL 11 reports David Ramos Contreras was arrested Thursday by U.S. Marshals in Lubbock, Texas. Contreras is one of three suspects charged with the kidnapping and rape of two girls at a Bowling Green hotel. Contreras, 29, was found hiding under a bed in a Lubbock residence. He is charged with two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping. 

A manhunt is still underway for Arnulfo Ramos and Juan Garcia Rios Adiel. They are also accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting two underage sisters on June 28 at the Days Inn off Wooster St. A 24-year-old Guatemalan man has also been arrested in the case. 

Police are still searching for Ramos and Adiel, but they believe both men have left the Bowling Green area. U.S. Marshals are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to their arrests.
