(Maumee, OH) Suburban fireworks will light up the night sky.
Dusk will bring the annual fireworks display at Centennial Terrace in Sylvania. But that community's Star-Spangled Celebration begins with some family-friendly fun starts at 7 p.m. with food vendors and music from 56-DAZE throughout the evening.
The 10 p.m. fireworks also can be viewed from Pacesetter Park. Parking is five dollars at both locations.
The popular Maumee-Perrysburg fireworks display also happens tonight, shot from Fort Meigs for viewing over the Maumee River.
The Maumee Uptown Business Association is sponsoring a family-friendly picnic from 5 to 9 p.m. that features live music, carnival games, inflatables and food vendors. But the bridge between the two communities will close starting at 7 p.m.
