Immigration Rally Set for Toledo Next Weekend

(Toledo, OH) President Trump signs an executive order stopping the separation of immigrant families, but not everyone's buying it.

Indivisible Toledo and other community action groups are still going ahead with a plan to host the so-called Toledo Rally Against Family Separation next Saturday in front of what's been dubbed the Love Wall along Adams Street downtown.

The colorful mural is a popular spot for people to pose for photos, but now it will be a rallying point for Latino groups, social justice organizations, and others angry over two recent Ohio raids that led to the arrest of more than 250 migrant workers.

Organizers say those detainees are still separated from their kids, so the president's executive order has done nothing to help those immigrant families. That rally is planned a week from tomorrow at 11 a.m.
