COLUMBUS, Ohio - The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy today awarded licenses for medical marijuana dispensaries.
56 licenses were awarded after a review of 376 submitted dispensary applications. Two licenses have been awarded in Lucas County: one to GTI Ohio, LLC on Sylvania Avenue and one to 127 OH, LLC at 1238 Conant in Maumee. Glass City Alternatives, LLC at 1155 N. Main Street in Bowling Green received the one license in Wood County.
A provisional license allows licensees to begin the process of establishing a dispensary. Licensees now have six months to demonstrate compliance with the dispensary operations rules. They can then obtain a certificate of operation.
