TOLEDO, Ohio - City crews are back out on the streets, working to fix the many potholes on Toledo's roads.
Employees from Toledo's Streets, Bridges, and Harbor department began this year's mill and fill program Monday, in an effort to patch and repair many of the city's roads.
Crews were able to repair 16 miles of road during last year's program with a goal of 25 miles for this year. They will be starting with trouble spots in Districts 5 and 6 this week.
