(Toledo, OH) More downtown Toledo living space is about to get its first tenants.
The Tower on the Maumee is set to open more than 100, one-bedroom and two-bedroom luxury apartments on the top ten floors of the long-vacant, 400-foot tall former Fiberglas Tower, first constructed more than 50-years ago.
The first tenants are expected to move in next month, but they'll pay for those nice views of Fifth Third Field and the Maumee River. Monthly rent ranges from $1,000 for a one-bedroom to $2,600 for the most expensive two-bedroom apartment.
Some of the amenities include Italian tile and marble, along with granite countertops. The 20-million dollar reclamation and renovation project has taken several years for a Lansing developer who has been involved in other downtown Toledo projects.
