SWANTON, Ohio - James Worley is scheduled to learn his fate later this month.
WTOL 11 reports Worley's sentencing has been scheduled for April 18. Worley was found guilty last week of the kidnapping and murder of Sierah Joughin.
The jury is still deliberating Worley's sentence but no matter when they come to a decision, Judge Jeffery Robinson won't hand down his final decision until April 18. Judge Robinson set that date to allow Joughin's family to make a victim impact statement to the court.
The death penalty is on the table, though the defense has cited Worley's age in arguing for life in prison.
