(Wnitehouse, OH) A new housing development could be on the way between Waterville and Whitehouse.
A developer wants to rezone 40 acres of farmland to build what will be known as the Telluride subdivision along Dutch Road just off U.S. 24. There would be more than 90 new, single-family homes along cul-de-sacs.
The Lucas County plan commission is being asked to approve a zoning change on former farmland and a site plan for a new subdivision along the Waterville Township-Monclova Township line.
The new homes would be built across the road from an existing subdivision. The plan commission staff recommends approval of the proposal.
