Crime Scene Investigators Testify In Worley Trial

(Wauseon, OH)   Fulton County prosecutors will continue to make their case today against accused killer James Worley.

Prosecutors put crime scene investigators on the witness stand Wednesday in Worley's trial to tell jurors about items found in their search for Sierah Joughin.

BCI investigators went through evidence 30 to 40 law enforcement officers and state agents found during extensive searches of Worley's property, including a barn, his truck, and home. One of those items was a freezer lined with carpet discovered under floorboards in the barn. It was tested for Joughin's DNA.

Some of the items meshed with testimony from a longtime friend, who told the court Worley wanted to set up a pornography studio in a barn on his property.  Worley is facing the death penalty if convicted of kidnapping and killing Joughin in 2016.
