(Wauseon, OH) Jury selection will resume today in the James Worley murder trial.
More than 120 prospective jurors went before a Fulton County judge Monday to answer questions about impartiality and the death penalty. Worley is accused of kidnapping 20-year-old Sierah Joughin as she rode her bike on a rural road near Delta in 2016. Her body was found days later in a shallow grave.
Court officials expect a slow, methodical process of selecting a jury, which could take all week in the capital murder case .
Another 120 prospective jurors will be interviewed today, as the two sides try to find people who have yet to make up their minds in the case.
