(Rossford, OH) The head of the Toledo police union is out on bond after being charged with domestic violence.
Rossford police say Dan Wagner was arrested this past weekend after a fight with his 19-year old adult son. Wagner is a 22-year Toledo police veteran and Toledo Police Patrolmen's Association president.
Wagner has been placed on restricted duty in the TPD records section while his case winds through the courts.
The union head resigned from Rossford city council last summer.
