Ohio Governor Predicts End to Two-Party System

(Washington, DC) Two governors are questioning the two-party system in the United States.

On ABC's "This Week," Ohio Republican Governor John Kasich said the nation could be seeing the end of a Democrat-Republican system, adding neither party is answering people's deepest concerns and needs.

Colorado Democratic Governor John Hickenlooper echoed Kasich's comments, saying neither party seems to have a coherent agenda.

Kasich doesn't believe the transition will happen overnight.  Instead, he thinks it could evolve over time as millennials and Gen-Xers begin to look for something new because neither party works.

Kasich and Hickenlooper are unsure of their intentions to make a bid for President in 2020.
