COLUMBUS, Ohio - The lone remaining woman in the Democratic primary for Ohio governor will be dropping out.
Former state representative Connie Pillich is expected to drop out of the race on Wednesday. She's also expected to endorse former rival Richard Cordray.
Pillich's exit leaves Ohio state senator Joe Schiavoni, former Ohio Supreme Court Justice Bill O'Neill and former U.S. Congressman Dennis Kucinich as the other major challengers remaining to Cordray.
The only other woman in the field, Dayton mayor Nan Whaley, dropped out last month.
