Snow Emergencies in Effect Across NW Ohio

(Toledo, OH) Commuters are being urged to take it slow as they head out around northwest Ohio this morning.

Several counties have snow emergencies in effect for ice- and snow-covered roads.  Lucas, Hancock, Sandusky, Putnam and Seneca counties have a Level One emergency in effect, while it's a Level Two in Ottawa County.

Several school districts are operating on a two-hour delay because of the road conditions.
