(Perrysburg, OH) Perrysburg may be getting a second fire station.
Perrysburg City Council first will discuss the proposed fire station at a committee-of-the-whole meeting, which starts at 5:30 Monday evening.
The fire chief says call-for-service volumes are up by more than a third over the past several years, prompting the need for the $10 million project. Drawings already are done.
The new administration just needs city council's approval to proceed. Two measures are on the agenda for a Tuesday night council meeting-- authorization to put the new fire station project out to bid...and another to hire a construction manager.
