(Port Clinton, OH) A 78-year-old Ottawa County man who was recorded while raping a woman is going to prison.
James Allen was sentenced Thursday to five years behind bars. Allen pleaded guilty last year for assaulting a 20-year-old woman at a Danbury Township home.
The victim recorded the attack with her cellphone and later shared it on the social media site Snapchat.
Allen admitted in court to providing alcohol to his victim and getting drunk himself to the point he doesn't remember what happened, but later saw the video-- unaware the rape was being recorded.
