Sessions Unveils Toledo Crime-Fighting Strategy

(Toledo, OH)   Toledo will get federal help in fighting crime.  

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions met Monday with law enforcement officials to announce Toledo will be part of the National Public Safety Partnership.  

The initiative will use federal agencies, including the FBI, DEA and U.S. Marshal's Service, to help police solve and prevent crimes.  The effort will focus on guns, drugs, and gang-related violent crime.

Two additional federal prosecutors will also be added to the U.S. Attorney's office in Toledo.
