(Toledo, OH) A Michigan developer will be taking charge of another redevelopment project in Toledo.
ProMedica officials say they sold Fort Industry Square Thursday to Karp and Associates. Plans call for apartments, shops and an entertainment venue in the Summit Street landmark, which is just a couple of blocks from the new downtown Toledo ProMedica corporate headquarters.
The developer is responsible for renovations of the Berdan Building and the Standart Lofts in the Warehouse District, which have brought dozens of millenials and empty-nesters to live downtown.
