(Rossford, OH) A Tennessee man is behind bars in Lucas County, accused of purposely leaving his child behind at a store.
Rossford police say Joseph McGuffin dropped the eight-year-old boy at Meijer this past weekend as punishment for fighting with a sibling while traveling home.
Workers called police after spotting the boy pushing a cart unattended through the store.
McGuffin was arrested in the parking lot for child endangering.
