TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo Zoo has announced a new addition to its gorilla family.
WTOL reports a baby male Western lowland gorilla was born on Thanksgiving and his name is Mokonzi. He is the third child for his mother, 23-year-old Kitani.
Mokonzi is healthy and will be on exhibit with his parents for the first time on Wednesday at the Kingdom of the Ape exhibit.
