Airport Passenger Traffic Reversing Downward Trend

(Toledo, OH) Passenger traffic is starting to make a comeback at Toledo Express airport.

Passengers boarding airplanes is up by almost one-third in October over the same period last year. Just over 19,000 people flew in and out of the airport last month. Much of that increase is due to American Eagle doubling the number of available seats flying in and out of Toledo Express-- to nearly 15,000.

A new Charlotte route seems to be taking off with local passengers, according to the latest numbers from the port authority.
