TOLEDO, Ohio - Police are investigating after a 1-year-old child was rushed to the hospital after overdosing on heroin.
WTOL 11 reports the child's mother took her to the hospital Monday night after the child ingested an unknown substance. The child was revived by hospital staff with Narcan.
Police are investigating the incident. The child was kept overnight in ICU for further tests.
