TOLEDO, Ohio - Ohio's 6th District Court of Appeals have overturned an earlier ruling that would have returned animals that were seized from Tiger Ridge Exotics in 2015.
WTOL 11 reports the ruling overturns a decision from the Wood Country Court of Appeals which had ruled that Tiger Ridge and owner Kenny Hetrick had to receive the proper permits that would have allowed his animals to be returned to him.
The ruling denies Hetrick the permits. Tiger Ridge could still appeal the judgement to the Ohio Supreme Court.
