(Sylvania Twp., OH) There may be yet another medical office building in store for Sylvania Township.
Sylvania Township trustees later today will be asked to give final approval to a change in the zoning of land near the Central Avenue Meijer store where a medical office building and parking lot already exist.
But a developer plans to combine two parcels of land into one with the idea of adding another office building to the medical complex first constructed 20 years ago. The back half of both properties on Meijer Drive are undeveloped, wooded area-- but the land is part of a larger office complex.
The Lucas County plan commission and the Sylvania Township zoning commission both recommend approval.
